How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, assess whether an opportunity fits our investment criteria, arrange discussions, evaluate potential transactions, maintain related business records, operate and protect the website, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not automatically enroll you in a marketing newsletter.

Typeform, cookies, and website services

We use Typeform to collect inquiry responses. The embedded form loads only after you select “Load inquiry form.” You may also open the form directly on Typeform’s website. Once loaded or opened, Typeform may collect technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own settings and policies.
